Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Eligibility: The eco u Instagram Contest is open to persons residing in Singapore who are 18 years of age and above and who have the Instagram application downloaded on their mobile smart device (“Device”) and an Instagram account as of date of entry. Employees of eco u are not eligible. 

2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on 23 July, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. (SGT) and ends on 23 August, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT).

3. How to Enter the Contest: Before entering the Contest, the “Photos Are Private” option in your Instagram account settings must be set to “OFF”. During the Entry Period, (i) Follow eco u on Instagram (ii) Like eco u on Facbook (iii) Post a picture of an eco u product on your Instagram with the hashtag #ecoudinefor2 (iv) Some entry suggestions: the photo may showcase the eco u product(s) being used at one of eco u’s partner cafes or restaurants, used innovatively and creatively or even portrayed artistically in any manner. (v) The winning entry will receive 2 tickets to an Atipico exclusive dining event [see item 6] (vi) The entry with the most number of unique Instagram likes will receive an eco u Party Pack.  All Entries received as of 11:59pm (SGT) on 31 July 2015 will be eligible as the winner. Each uploaded photo will be counted as one (1) “Entry” and is subject to the requirements outlined below.

4. Entry Requirements:  Any entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in eco u’s sole discretion, will not be chosen as a winner.  By entering the Contest, entrants grant eco u a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute and display each submitted Entry and use each Entry in any manner including promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity and commercial uses without any further notice or payment to entrant. In addition, upon collecting the prize, eco u would like to take a photo of the recipient and their prize, to be distributed and displayed for commercial and marketing use.

5. Winning Photo Selection and Notification: Entries will be judged by representatives of eco u.  If the conditions to win both Prize 1 and Prize 2 [see item 6] are fulfilled by a single entry, the entrant will receive both prizes.  The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram on August 5, 2015 by 5pm with instructions on how to contact us through email to claim their prize. The winner(s) of our prizes must contact eco u by email within 2 days from contact date. If this email is not received, eco u reserves the right to choose another entry as the winner.

6. Prize:

Prize 1: Two tickets to an Atipico exclusive pop-up dining event on Friday 5 September 2015.

 

Prize 2: An eco u Party Pack (20 8” Plates, 20 forks, 20 knives, 20 spoons, 4 6” Plates and 4 10” Plates) will be given away to the Instagram photo with the most number of unique “likes”.

No substitution, transfer or change of date of prize(s) are permitted.  Prizes must be collected by the winner from our office at 6 Jiak Chuan Road #03-01 Singapore 089262 between 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday between August 6 – August 12 2015.
